Dr Mishanina studied Psychology at University College London before qualifying in medicine at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry. She has worked across general practice, paediatrics and acute medicine.

Her clinical interests focus on integrative and holistic approaches to health, with particular attention to integrative dermatology. Alongside conventional medical training, she has undertaken further study in nutritional and environmental medicine, naturopathic approaches and psychologically informed care.

She currently works as a Specialty doctor in Integrated Medicine at the Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine, part of University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. She is an Education Lead and RLHIM and contributes to professional education in integrative medicine. She has published in peer-reviewed journals including the Canadian Medical Association Journal and Reproductive Health.
